Forget what you know about cold beer: SUMMIT Appliance has just changed everything.

With the COLD CAVERN beer froster FS60SSVHFROST, you get beer so cold, the aluminum bottle literally frosts over when removed from the unit. How cold is it? The COLD CAVERN stores your beer at approximately 24ºF, just before freezing, in order to give you the coldest crispest brew possible.

I've seen these before, but this is the first time I've seen one for sale. It isn't cheap, costing $5,000, but it is unique. The tank can be hung just about anywhere, looks to be big enough to be used to sort of separate rooms in a large space. Or just hung someplace to look cool. Here's the details:

I've been looking for something like this for a while, so I thought I would share. There have been a number of this type of rack around for a while, but this is the first one I've seen that has a more minimalist look, is is made of black metal. Though you can also get this in polished aluminum. Here's the details from the site:

Sparked by the graphic line of hanging grapes, Jakob Wagner created this wall-mounted wine rack for Danish brand Menu. The clever design allows you to suspend all kinds of bottles: ordinary ones, slim dessert ones, even heftier ones of Champagne. Available in polished aluminum or skinned in black rubber. Mounted with two screws.

You can grab one for $60 at the GSelect site HERE.

I've always wanted a cool and unique house. Something that isn't like every other place you see. This is a lot more see through than I would want, but I like the interiors, and how the space is used.

The house is named Casa Mirante Do Horto (no idea what that means), and it was designed by Flavio Castro. The house is located in Sao Paolo, Brazil. The main purpose of the project was to maximize the living surface while creating flexible areas and a good indoor/outdoor connection.

It has a nice area on the roof to hang out, and a nice patio out back. As I mentioned, there's a lot of glass, so the back looks pretty open to the outside, though I'm sure you could put up some blinds. There's a two car garage on the lowest level, a nice dinning area, but the kitchen looks to be smaller than I would like.

You can check out a lot more pictures of the house at the Freshome site HERE.

I'm a big art fan, but I'm more of the classic like-what-I-like type. So I never really care if it's by an unknown or not, just if it'll look good on my wall. This site looks like it might help in that regard. Here's the details:

Artexpo New York Announces Beta Launch of ArtexpoStudio.com, a State-of-the-Art Marketplace for Artists, Galleries & Publishers

NEW YORK CITY, (March 3, 2011) – Artexpo, the world's largest fine art trade show for over 32 years, announces the beta launch of its much-anticipated new website, ArtexpoStudio.com—an online marketplace offering art enthusiasts and industry professionals year-round, easy access to quality artwork by talented artists and publishers.

“ArtexpoStudio.com is not only a fine art retail site, it’s the new go-to destination for artists, galleries and publishers looking for solid information and tools to grow their businesses in today’s rapidly changing fine art marketplace,” says Artexpo CEO Eric Smith. “At the Artexpo offices, we get calls every day from people seeking innovative ways to gain exposure and get their work to market. ArtexpoStudio.com equips artists and galleries with the tools they need to navigate the art industry, present their work professionally and increase revenues, while giving art enthusiasts and professionals easy access to their work.”

At ArtexpoStudio.com, artists are given their own online gallery and secure shopping cart, from which they can sell museum-quality fine art reproductions—without any monthly fees. Artists retain full rights and can manage their own profits with ease. What sets ArtexpoStudio.comapart from other fine art websites is that it also offers an unprecedented level of image quality control: all works represented online are professionally archived in Artexpo Studio’s state-of-the-art Digital Archiving Studio.

“Many websites offer artists a platform to upload and showcase their works, but quality control standards run rampant,” says Robert Reeder, President of Artexpo Studio. “Artists are uploading files that vary widely in quality. Common issues range from insufficient lighting to lack of focus and inadequate resolution. Artists who may have perfectly accurate digital files of their work suffer when their images are being sold beside poor-quality images. Artexpo Studio has solved the quality control dilemma. Our fine art Digital Archiving services are on par with—and in many cases, surpass—systems employed by the world’s finest museums.”

According to Reeder, Artexpo Studio’s Digital Archives are the reason the company’s Master-Quality Fine Art Reproductions are a cut above the rest. Richard Riverin, a noted artist and regular exhibitor at Artexpo New York, could not agree more. “The clarity, the details, the colors… everything was outstanding in those reproductions. I never saw any other as good.” Yuming Zhu, another featured Artexpo artist, says: “ArtexpoStudio.com offers superb-quality giclées, professional staff, excellent services and very reasonable costs. I am happy with the open discussions with their staff regarding the adjustment of color. It’s hard to tell the difference between the original and reproductions!”

	Discover the Artexpo Studio Difference:
Artexpo Studio Samples & Demos On-Site at Artexpo New York 2011, March 25-27.

The fine art community at large is invited to witness ArtexpoStudio.com’s new reproduction technology firsthand during Artexpo New York 2011, to be held March 25-27 at Pier 94, NYC’s esteemed “Art & Design Pier.” Vibrant reproductions will be displayed alongside originals, demonstrations and seminars will take place, and print-on-demand ordering services will be available on-site for exhibiting artists.

“Artexpo Studio has been three years in development, and we’re extremely excited to be unveiling these new tools and technologies for artists and galleries,” said Smith. “Artexpo’s mission has always been pretty simple: to connect talented artists with people interested in owning their work. Between our annual fine art trade show and the new ArtexpoStudio.com, we’re offering artists multiple channels of commerce, communication, education and exposure—everything they need to grow their careers.”

It's a cool table, but the price tag is a little high, at $2400. Here's the details from the site:

The Don Vino wine table is a Chicone Cabinetmakers original design, inspired by the oak barrels that line the cellars of regional wineries. It not only offers contemporary styling but also a tasteful showcase for your wine collection. The wine table pictured here stands 21 inches tall with a 33 ¼ " diameter and can hold up to 16 bottles of your favorite wine. Customize your table with the choice of leg design; the Don Vino is available with hand bent "barrel" legs or ball and claw. The hand bent "barrel" legs are shown in fumed oak while the ball and claw is shown in red oak. We offer a range of American Hardwoods including oak, cherry, maple, and walnut. Exotic hardwoods are also available (standard pricing may vary depending on wood selection). Each order is custom built by hand, so the table can be tailored to fit your special application. Add functionality to your wine cellar or winery; use the tabletop to transform a simple wine barrel into an elegant counter for your barrel room tastings. We can use the tabletop design to create high rounds for your tasting room or wine bar. The Don Vino is perfect for creating an intimate arrangement while showcasing your wines.

I guessing these are plastic, as they're only $90 a piece. They do have a nice look though in the pictures. Here's the details:

Whether it be racing, trucking, in the city or on the open road, few brands, if any, represent the greatness of the American car quite like these do. GM, Dodge, Shelby were, and still are, a pioneer in sports cars, muscle cars, family cars, pickup trucks and racing cars, constantly working to make their automobiles faster, stronger, sturdier and more versatile. We all know how important cars are to the American tradition. Think of how many guys fell in love with their first car; a feeling that never really completely goes away. Our car wall shelves is a replica of the front end of a classic automobile, ready to be mounted on a wall proudly for a garage, or game room. It has a sheet of tempered glass resting upon it for storage or display of your other sources of pride and joy.
