DOTD: Vampire

Yet another drink picked only because of it's name. It sounds like it might end up a dark red, and might be interesting for a theme party, or to just keep in your back pocket until Halloween rolls around this year. The drink was found on Sotally Tober.

Ingredients: 1 Vodka, 1 Lime Juice, 1 Cranberry Juice, 1 Chambord.

Directions: Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes. Pour all ingredients into shaker and shake well. Strain drink into a Cocktail glass.

DOTD: Scotch Royale

A fairly simple recipe from Mixed-Drink. I might actually make this one without the bitters first, and see if they really need to be added.

Ingredients:1 1/2 oz Scotch, 1 cube Sugar, 1 dash Bitters, Chilled Champagne.

Directions: Place sugar cube in a champagne glass. Add scotch and bitters. Fill with champagne.

Ingredients: 2 shots of 151 Rum, 2 shots of wild turkey 101,  2 ounces of hot sauce.

Directions:  Shaken with ice and strained into a rocks glass.

Directions: Pour the vodka, light rum and dark rum into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Add Sprite and a splash of pineapple juice. Serve with a twist of lime (or lemon), and serve.
