P3ProSwing Virtual Golf Simulator
There's a lot of good things said about this set up, and it's not overly expensive. The setups are $900, $1300, or $1500. I really don't think the $1500 one is worth it, as most of the things you get for the extra $200 are things like a year subscription to Golf Digest.
The coolest thing about this is that you can use the setup to play the EA SPORTS' Tiger Woods PGA Tour PC game.

This information includes: Swing Tempo, Club Head Speed, Toe and Heel Heights, Distance, Right and Left of Path. In addition to the measured information, the P3ProSwing™ calculates total distance, total carry.

The P3ProSwing™ golf simulator software is so real it's like playing a real course. Highlands national is a 7,393 yard, 18-hole, par 72 championship golf course with 4 tee boxes for each hole. It is a mountain course with water hazards and extensive sand traps that will delight everyone. The state-of-the-art golf simulator graphics are astounding. You can fly over the course and follow the ball in flight. You can even see a replay of your shot.
