Cork Pops Nicholas Portside Flask
Not a lot of details on this flask other than the obvious. It holds four ounces of whatever you want to put into it, and has a window so you can see what you have left.
As a plus, it looks like a few people tested it to see if it leaks at all, which is always a bad thing for something you have in your pocket, and said that it didn't leak at all.
It's priced pretty decently at $30, and with the silver finish, you should be able to get it engraved.
