ColdAvenger Expedition Balaclava
This is a great idea, but I'm not sure that I would actually wear one. Mostly just because it looks like your ready for a chemical attack of some sort, rather than just trying to keep warm.
The mask's main function is helping you breathe in cold weather. The mask makes the air that you breathe in 40°– 60°F higher than the outside temperature. It also helps protect your head from the cold, keeps moisture away from your face, and has enough space in the mask for a hydration tube and/or a headset and mic.
The mask is $80, which seems like a pretty decent price to me. You can grab one over at the Talus Outdoor site HERE.
