Finlandia Vodka’s Updated Web Site
Finlandia's updated site Mixologyart.com has a pretty nice set up. There's information about the vodka, the various flavors, how to mix cocktails (complete with some videos), and even an entertaining guide.

Louisville, Ky. (June 30, 2009)– Just in time for the Fourth of July, Finlandia® Vodka has relaunched its Mixologyart.com Web site today with updated features to educate and entertain consumers. Visitors to the site will find exciting new Finlandia creations and fun facts about the brand.
“The best thing about the updated Web site is the opportunity to find unique and exciting cocktail recipes that are best suited for you or for your parties,” said Lynette Green, Finlandia Interactive Marketing Manager. “We put a lot of effort into designing this site to be very experiential and help consumers understand how mixable all the Finlandia flavors can be.”
To make the site more experiential, Pekka Pellinen, global brand champion for Finlandia Vodka, is featured on the site in a series of videos that shows consumers step-by-step how to make the finest Finlandia creations.
“Possibly the most useful update to the site is the Cocktail Match Application,” Green said. “This new section gives consumers the option to pick their favorite Finlandia Vodka, drink type as well as mixers to create the perfect cocktail just for them. With our classic vodka and six different Finlandia flavors to choose from, this new application will help create signature drinks that appeal to every consumer.”
An additional feature to the site is a special section which offers helpful party tips for making the best summer gatherings. These helpful hints allow consumers to multiply recipes to accommodate for the exact number of guests with just the click of a button.
“It’s the time of the year when our consumers are planning great summer parties,” she said. “We couldn’t think of a better way to help our customers host fun-in-the-sun gatherings than to share with them the best Finlandia recipes we have.”
And for those on the go, the Web site now offers a new mobile site allowing consumers to download their own favorite Finlandia recipes straight to their phones. “We understand that Finlandia consumers are busy people and are using their phones for more than just talking,” she said. “This new application is a helpful, quick way to stay updated on the newest Finlandia drink recipes.”
