Fruit Lab, Organic Liqueurs

These might be interesting. I'm not that big on it being organic, but if it tastes good, I'll drink it. Here's the details:

The Fruit Lab collection currently consists of three certified organic liqueurs made from hand-selected whole ingredients, including fresh, local oranges, flowers, teas, spices and cane sugar. The makers hand-process each ingredient carefully to capture bold, complex flavors and aromas.

Made in small batches, the flavors were designed to be easily incorporated into simple and modern cocktails.

The three flavors are:

Citry (orange) -  Combines the familiar aromas and flavors of fresh Valencia and navel oranges, with the haunting scent of Bergamot sour orange. Bright and complex, Citry works well in any cocktail requiring orange liqueur, including the margarita and cosmopolitan.

Crism  (hibiscus) – A powerful balance of the sweet-sour nature of hibiscus flowers. The combination of fiery red color, floral aromas and tangy berry flavors make Crism an ideal medium for modern, colorful martinis.

Theia  (jasmine) – Like a night garden infused with flowering jasmine, Theia evokes a harmony of the exotic and the familiar. It’s as comfortable in champagne cocktails as in martinis, or simply with soda and of lime.
