Updated: Heading out the the Harrah’s C…
Heading out the the Harrah's Casino here in Arizona to play in a small tournament. Hopefully I at least make a good showing.
Update: Well, I didn't do horrible, but it was disappointing. I ended up busting out around 16 out of 48 people. I wasn't getting anything, had about $6100 in chips, and the blinds were up to $1000 – $2000. I was the big blind and looked down at a pocket pair of queens, so I went all in for my $6100. I was called by a lady that had pocket aces, and they held up, knocking me out of the tournament.
We're heading to Vegas tomorrow, and I plan on hitting at least one tournament before the end of the day. Maybe two if I work it right. Hopefully those will go better.
