Underwater Restaurant

The Ithaa, which means pearl in Dhivehi, is a restaurant that was built 15 feet under the water. Up to 14 patrons can dine under the transparent acrylic roof that offers a 270° panoramic view of the surrounding coral reef.

The restaurant is located at the Conrad Maldives Rangali Island, and the Maldavian-Western Fusion entrees cost between $120 and $250 USD.

I really doubt I'll ever be anywhere near the Maldives anytime soon, but this has to go on the list of things I want to do one time in life.

You can read some more about it, check out more pictures, and read about how it was built over at Luxuo HERE.
