The Volvo P1800 Recreation

Swedish-born designer Mattias Vöcks created a classic Volvo P1800 made famous as the car driven by Roger Moore in the British television series The Saint.

The car was updated with improved aerodynamics, a flat underbody tray and a modified front fascia. The engine is a 4.4-liter V8 pulled from a Volvo XC90 SUV that's had a turbo charger added to it, bringing it up to 600hp. No idea on the 0-60 times or top speed, but it's a great looking car.

It is rumored that the car will go into limited production at some point, but no dates have been set yet.

You can read more about, and check out a few more pictures of it, over at Autoblog HERE.
