The Singleton Malt Scotch

The smooth 12-year-old single malt Scotch from the heart of Speyside in Dufftown, which is The Malt Whisky Capital of Scotland, will be available here nationwide for the first time this fall.

The Singleton of Glendullan is produced on the site of the original distillery, in a wooded valley along the banks of the rivers Dullan and Fiddich, which was built in 1897. Water from both rivers is used along with locally grown malted barley to create the Singleton

The Beverage Tasting Institute gives it 92 Points, and lists it's taste as the following:

Nose: Seville oranges and tangerines, oak, caramel, hints of smoke and granite.

Taste: Fantastically light, creamy honey coating your mouth. Hints of chilli, apples and vanilla with overtones of oak.

Finish: Dry, lightly smokey and a smooth warm aftertaste long in the mouth. The strength is not overpowering and leaves your mouth hanging for the next taste.

If you can't wait until it hits the shelves, you can already grab a bottle HERE.
