Links To All Kinds Of Things

I end up saving a lot of stuff that never makes it onto the site. Usually those things stick around in the draft folder until I get tired of seeing them, and then they're deleted. I figured I would just give you those links, and let you decide for yourself it's worth your time. Here they are:

1. A firm in Cambridge called Knome (pronounced “gnome”) is offering whole-genome sequencing to individuals for $350,000. You can read more about it over at BornRich HERE.

2. You can check out the pretty cool, although a little on the expensive side, GG Quad bikes at their site HERE.

3. Uncrate has an article about the Sony's NHS-130C rack system that will let you control your control movies, music, lighting, temperature and security systems. You can read it HERE.

4. DVICE has an article HERE about the SRS Energy solar roofing tiles.

5. Another one from DVICE, this one is a unique clock that's made of wood and Dupont Corian (a material usually used for countertops), where each minute there's a different combination of segments rising up, giving you the time in three dimensions. You can check it out HERE.
