I really think that this fight could either be a great one, or it's going to be a lot of running around the ring. Seeing as how I'm going to miss it, it'll probably be a great one.
Undefeated WBA world welterweight champion Miguel Cotto is set to square off with former four-time world champion Shane Mosley, on Saturday November 10, from Madison Square Garden in New York. The 12-round world welterweight title fight will be produced and distributed live on HBO Pay-Per-View, beginning at 9 PM ET / 6 PM PT.
You can read an always great in depth analysis of the fight, and a prediction, over at Boxing Times HERE.

Champagne house Veuve Clicquot today launched Vertical Limit by Porsche Design Studio, a stainless steel cellar tower of superb design (at right, click on image for enlarged view). Measuring over six feet tall, it holds 12 magnums of Clicquot's most prized vintages and only 15 were made worldwide.
Each Vertical Limit is fully handmade and each of the 12 vintages are housed in its own compartment with the temperature set at a constant 12 degrees celsius—ideal for tasting and the same climate as the Veuve Clicquot cellars in Reims, France. Of the 15 produced worldwide only two will make it stateside and they will be showcased at the Porsche Design Stores in New York and Los Angeles during the month of November. Each cellar containing the 12 vintages is approximately $70,000.

This has been one of the most talked about cars from the SEMA car show this year. Pontiac has created a vintage race car look for the Solstice, and given it some upgrades over the standard model.
Pontiac redesigned the look starting with new fender gill panels, a new hood with heat-extracting grilles, and gave the car a competition red paint scheme. Inside are a racing-style driver's seat, four-point safety harnesses, racing steering wheel, auxiliary gauges to monitor vital engine functions, and a roll bar.
The direct-injected, turbocharged 2.0-liter Ecotec four-cylinder has been tweaked to create 290 horsepower and a performance exhaust has been added. To cope with the additional power, a fully adjustable coil-over suspension has been installed, along with GM's Club Sport Z0K suspension package that is available for the Solstice. Thirteen-inch performance rotors are paired with aluminum three-piston brake calipers to slow the car with a quickness, while racing tires wrapped around 19-inch wheels are fitted to keep the SD-290 glued to the tarmac.
As with all concept cars, don't expect it to hit the streets anytime soon, but you can get some up close pictures, and a little video of the vehicle, over at the Autoblog site HERE.

This is a very unique Cognac created for the holidays. It highlights the genius of seven generations of master blenders dating to 1800 and Hennessy's first master blender, Jean Fillioux. The top-ranked Cognac of each of the seven master blenders has been included, creating an intensely complex bouquet with hints of candied fruit, wild roses and rancio, that earthy aroma that comes from ageing.
As with everything good, it comes with a nice price tag. Bottls of the Hennesy Ellipse Cognac start at around $3180 a bottle, and if you're interested, you can grab one HERE.

I'm not really sure why you would want your own snow machine, but I'm sure you could come up something. Hammacher Schlemmer have a snow machine that is used by professional movie FX companies to create snow. Here's the info about it from the site:
This is the same snow machine used by the world-renowned special effects company Thomas FX that produces evaporative falling snow that looks, feels, and responds to ambient conditions just like the real thing. The device uses a patented snow solution and distilled water to make realistic-looking flakes, and the 600-watt motor and integrated fan propel the snowflakes up to 30' The remote control adjusts the snow machines output for light snowfall or heavy flurries at the touch of a button, and the insulated motor produces only 63 decibels, about the same as a small vacuum cleaner. The snow machine produces snowflakes for one hour and the lightweight design ensures ease of portability.
The machine goes for $1499.95, and each bag of liquid to make snow is $124.95. You can buy it over at the HS store HERE.
