New Casino Opens In Pennsylvania

The Mount Airy Casino Resort, a $412 million casino and resort has recently opened in the Poconos area of Pennsylvania. The stand alone casino has 2,500 slot machines, video poker, blackjack with virtual dealers and roulette. The resort portion of the site has two restaurants, a diner and a buffet, 188 luxury guest rooms including 25 suites, a 150-seat nightclub named Gypsies, full-service luxury spa, The Glass Bar located in the center of the casino and an 18-hole championship golf course opening in 2009.

Not exactly Vegas, but you have to think it's a lot closer, and cheaper to get to, for those in the Midwest. You can read all about Mount Airy at their site HERE.
