Shelby-Authorized Shop Opens in World Debut

The world's first Shelby-sanctioned third-party installer will soon open at Tasca Ford's Cranston, Rhode Island facility. The authorized modification shop will offer Shelby handling, engine, chassis, and body upgrades for V6 and V8 Ford Mustangs and Shelbys, as well as "Super Snake" packages for the 2007 and 2008 Ford Shelby GT500, the Shelby CS6, CS8, and Shelby GT500 40th anniversary packages. The shop will also feature clothing, accessories and other Shelby-branded goods.

The new east coast shop will be more convenient for a lot of customers, as they now won't have to make the trek to the Shelby headquarters in Las Vegas. Also, if you take your Mustang to Tasca for your Shelby fix, it'll come away with  a badge that denotes the work was done by Tasca, so everyone will know it's an official Shelby.
