DOTD: Caipirinha
This is a Brazilian lime drink from Cocktail.com. Fairly simple to make once you have the ingredients. Cachaca is a Brazilian cane sugar liquor (rumor has it that you can get something close by mixing equal parts silver tequila and light rum).
Ingredients: 2 tsp superfine sugar, 1 lime cut into small wedges , 2 to 2 1/2 oz Cachaca.
Directions: In a glass gently mash lime wedges. Add sugar and muddle until dissolved into lime juice. Add ice. Pour Cachaca, stir.

Glad to see that you have the directions using superfine sugar which is exactly the same sugar that they use in Brazil to make the Caipirinhas.
East of the Mississippi the brand to use is Domino Superfine, and west of the Mississippi you would use C&H Baker’s Sugar (both are made by the same company.) I’ve written a post about it here on my website and also how to make a 16 oz caipirinha! Here:
