The World Poker Challenge

The World Poker Tour's only $5,000 buy-in championship event begins today as the World Poker Challenge gets underway at the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino in Reno, Nevada.

Last year's World Poker Challenge generated a prize pool of $2.8 million and the champion, Michael Simon, took home more than $1 million.The four day World Poker Challenge championship event begins today at Noon Pacific, and you can keep updated on all the action at WorldPokerTour.com.
